Pilotextruder
The Pilot Eco Ex serial extruders are manufactured with screw diameters from 18 to 35 mm.
These Extruders are recommended for pilot plants or minor production lines with an output of about 12 to 100 kg per hour.
Eco Ex standard extruders are delivered on pillar stands, but for film blowing there are low model alternatives. Water cooling options are available, for cooling the screw barrel, to enable, extruding of silicone and rubber. Food processing extruders are also in our scope of manufacturing. We produce material specific screws to own-label machines but as well as to extruders of other brands, on request. We manufacture screws from 10 to 125 mm in diameter and with the most convenient geometry, for the material used, regarding compression, mixing zones and ventilation. We also manufacture screws for silicone/ rubber, TPE material and for food processing extruding.
